Block Party is on Friday, August 14th, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the South Clubhouse, and it is easily one of the best Miami apartment community events on the calendar. The Music and Entertainment
Live music anchors the night. Yuly and Orchestra take the stage, and DJ Don Marco keeps the energy going between sets. A dance group joins the lineup as well.

Is there anything for kids?
Yes. Enjoy various outdoor Courtyard Spaces featuring soccer games, miniature golf, giant Jenga, Home Depot is hosting a kids workshop area in our Children’s Playground, Kona Ice will be on site,. The Miami-Dade Public Library is joining as well. Miami Dade Fire Department Community Affairs will bring their fire truck and conduct a demo.
